The Oscar-nominated documentary FOOD, INC. takes the work of two authors, ERIC SCHLOSSER (FAST FOOD NATION) and MICHAEL POLLAN (THE OMNIVORE’S DILEMMA), and distills them into a searing look at what we should and shouldn’t be eating. Here’s a clue: there’s a lot more of the latter than the former. The film closely examines the relationship between government and food and exposes deathly practices that are in dire need of reform.
