On this day in 1964, STANLEY KUBRICK’S legendary cold war/anti-war classic, DR. STRANGELOVE OR: HOW I LEARNED TO STOP WORRYING AND LOVE THE BOMB, hit theaters and majorly influenced the way Americans looked at the bomb scare. Nominated for four Academy Awards, the film remains a great watch.
