On this day in 1970, 20TH CENTURY FOX released M.A.S.H. Directed by ROBERT ALTMAN from a script by RING LARDNER JR., this Oscar-winning black comedy set the standard for iconoclastic antiwar films. The largely unknown cast (at least then, anyway) included DONALD SUTHERLAND, ELLIOTT GOULD, TOM SKERRITT, SALLY KELLERMAN, ROBERT DUVALL, RENE AUBERJONOIS, ROGER BOWEN, GARY BURGHOFF and FRED WILLIAMSON. A true classic.
