CHANNING TATUM (STOP LOSS, PUBLIC ENIMIES, G.I. JOE) is best known for his roles in action/adventure films but he takes a step outside the box for his upcoming romantic drama DEAR JOHN. Teamed up with AMANDA SEYFRIED (MAMA MIA!), they play star-crossed lovers in a real tearjerker directed by LASSE HALSTROM from the novel by NICHOLAS SPARKS (THE NOTEBOOK). We spoke with TATUM recently about the film and he talked about how it was HALSTROM who made the set such an enjoyable place and how he thinks he’d like to do more ‘love stories.’ Listen in below:
