On this day in 1987, 20th CENTURY FOX released THE BEDROOM WINDOW. Directed by CURTIS HANSON from the novel by ANNE HOLDEN, this twisty-turny noir-ish thriller is surprisingly effective. The (very ’80s) cast includes STEVE GUTTENBERG, ELIZABETH McGOVERN, ISABELLE HUPPERT, CARL LUMBLY and WALLACE SHAWN. Easily fits into the “matinee mystery” category and worth checking out.
