It didn’t take too much convincing to get Jack Black onboard for a guest shot on the comedy Community. The actor digs the show, knows the series’ creator, Dan Harmon…and is an avid watcher who never misses an episode.

Black’s role has him obsessed with joining the study group, who now has a rep of being trendy. The collection of oddballs are relatable characters for Black. His own college experience was challenging – for both the actor and the teachers stuck with him in their class.
