Kevin was just following protocols that have been set just like all of the other supervisors are made to do. I know that you cannot visit every Waste Management facility, but it would be nice if you could check a few locations from time to time to see what the rest of go through. (i.e. employees forced to "multi-task" because of budget cut backs, wishy washy supervisors that blame every change they make on the "guys at corporate", and the high turn-over rate of supervisors.
