Throughout the Idol experience, Allen’s performances were limited to the songs made available to him by the show, so defining his own style became a major necessity for him.

This guy is going to have a lasting career. He’s taking it slow and steady. It might not satisfy his management now, but if they cling on to him, they will make lots of money off him. He’s a talented mucian and those kind of artists don’t shoot straight up to stardom but they last. I really love his album.
