It’s been 23 years since Sigourney Weaver first worked with Director James Cameron on the film Aliens and a lot has changed since then. According to the actress, most of the creature was a combination of a really big guy, coupled with a vat of hoses along with a team of experts who filled in the rest.

Now Weaver is starring in the sci-fi flick Avatar, where the special effects are also extensive, but she insists Cameron is more concerned with character development than the eye candy portions of the pic.  Still, it is a different world they’re creating and working to make it realistic on screen had its own challenges.
