On this day in 1985, EMBASSY PICTURES released A CHORUS LINE. Directed by RICHARD ATTENBOROUGH, this big screen adaptation of the Broadway mega-hit musical can best be described as an ‘epic fail.’ Miscast and misunderstood, the film was a disappointment to pretty much anyone who loved the original play.
