YOUNG VICTORIA star EMILY BLUNT says this isn’t the big-budgeted movie it appears to be. We spoke with BLUNT recently about her titular role in the film and she was quick to point out that, even though the film has a rich, sumptuous look, it was done on a shoestring budget and they just lucked out with locations and costumes.
