Directed by the legendary KEN ANAKIN from the classic novel by JOHANN DAVID WYSS, this story of a family shipwrecked on a desert island is one of the great live-action DISNEY action/adventures. The terrific cast included JOHN MILLS, DOROTHY McGUIRE, JAMES MacARTHUR, JANET MUNRO, SESSUE HAYAKAWA, TOMMY KIRK and KEVIN CORCORAN.
