Mr Monk is a legend and so is Tony Shalhoub. It doesn’t have to be the end so come on the writers/producers/USA Network…. Bring Back Monk.

Monk was the kick off to my weekend. As a teenager you know that its hard to stay in on a Friday night, but I did. And when I went to parties at my friends houses we’d stop what we were doing so we would never miss the murder. I was floored when I heard monk was being cancelled. Not only was monk a good show to watch, it made you think. You can’t say that about a lot of shows these days. Monk will be missed and hopefully usa will realize what they let go

If the show had to end, it couldn’t have been done better. I have added Mr. Monk and The End to my all time favorite series endings, one of which is Family Ties. I enjoyed the scene where Stottlemeyer talks about Monk’s humanity, the sensitivity of the obsessive complusive. Thank you for a great show.

“The Monk”,was a very nice show in the tv.I love to watched it every 9:00 at night.I liked Mr Monk or Tony as the character and all the characters there too…I hope there’s part 2 ….Please make another new series of Monk….

So many people told me how good the show Monk was, but I didn’t get around to watching it until 2005. Once I saw it, that was it for me. I had to see all the earlier shows I’d missed tried not miss any of the current shows if I could help it. What a great ensemble cast, headed by Tony Shalhoub. The precise acting, fully developed characters, imaginative plots and superb delivery of the excruciatingly funny scenes gave me an hour-long vacation each week! Bring Monk back, please!!!

Oh I will miss Mr. Monk and the whole cast - but it was a PERFECT ENDING! As always - written with precision, compassion, courage, humor and love. This final episode was so sweet, exciting, funny, happy/sad. I was smiling through my tears, all the while sitting on the edge of my chair. Thank You Tony Shaloub and all of the superb cast. Thank you. Thank you Thank you. Oh I will miss it all, but thank goodness for reruns!

Best show in so many ways! Please bring Mr. Monk back. It was first-rate all the way, from the writing to the superb acting of the supporting cast. Tony Shalhoub’s work is so wonderful that it’s hard to remember he’s “acting”. I want him to know he was so appreciated and that we would welcome him back if the powers that be would clear the way. Meantime, thanks for a delightful, thoughtful, REAL experience.

I only discovered Monk last year and it is now my favorite show. It was great to look forward to at least one big laugh for some irony in each episode. I’m so happy I got to watch the final 2 episodes of the show as they aired. Television that satisfies, makes one say “I’m glad I watched that, that was a good investment of my time,” is rare. I thoroughly enjoyed the final episide. Thank you to all involved with the show, especially to Tony Shalhoub. Blessings!

This was by far the best show ever. I followed from day1. I thought when Sharonna left it would never be the same. But I realized that Monk (Tony) made the show. I cried tonite because I will miss my Friday nights with Monk. Just a little disapointed with the ending. It was a very good wrap up of how Trudie died, but I would have like a romance with Monk and Natalie. You will be very missed, Tony Shalhoub. I loved every minute of every show.

The casting was spot on and the writing and acting superb every week. The change in the series song was a bit lame and unnecessary and the change of Sharona more of a negative than positive. The bottom line was a series that held it’s attraction and viewers and went out on top, although I thought terminating a a top show a dumb decision.

Ive never wrote to a program for going off air but i couldn’t let you go without saying farewell. Thank you to Tony Shalhoub and the rest of the cast and crew of Monk. This is the first show that my 8-year-old son (now 16), my wife and I could all sit and enjoy together. Every once in a while we will sit down with a season-long DVD set and have our own marathon over a weekend. I cried a little bit at a particular part of “The End Part 2.” I won’t say which part — no spoilers here. Enjoyed it, folks. Thru the magic of DVD, I’m going to enjoy it for years to come.

USA has some interesting characters, but NONE can compare to MONK. It’s a sad day to see the last new show, but look forward to buying DVD series to keep it going. Thank you Mr. Shaloub for some wonderful entertainment; also to your excellent cast. God bless always!!

Monk was such a great show. I really hate to see the show end. It will be missed. At was I wasn’t really into the show. I’m a movie guy. After awhile the show just grew on me and I couldn’t stop watching the show. It would be cool if a movie was made that’s based on the show.

I have missed less than 5 episodes of Monk in the last 8 years. I have always admired Tony Shalloub as an actor. This show was the highlight of my Friday nights. I recorded episodes so as not to miss MONK. I purchased seasons to be able to choose my favorites to watch any time I wanted. All of the cast was wonderful and I love how all the characters remained the same, except for Sharonna of course. But we fell in love with Natalie after her 2nd episode. You all will be missed, but don’t stay away too long.

First realized the greatness of actor Tony Shalhoub on ‘Wings’ and said a sad goodbye to him until Mr. Monk came along. After so much lame reality TV, Monk was such a joy to watch and will continue to be. Saying a sad farewell to the awesome team that created perfect music, entertaining TV and looking forward to what’s to come for all of them. Thank you for the 8 years that seemed to fly by. For me, Mr. Monk I sure am gonna miss you when you’re gone!! <3
