In director JON TURTLETAUB’S upcoming version of THE SORCERER’S APPRENTICE, NICHOLAS CAGE plays the sorcerer who leaves his chambers in the hands of an apprentice who manages to make everything go wrong. We spoke with CAGE recently about the project and he intimated that, while TURTLETAUB will probably use the one piece of music we all identify with the animated original, he plans to put his own stamp on the film and not just redo FANTASIA.
