In his new film, BROTHERS, JAKE GYLLENHAAL turns in a great performance as a troubled young man consoling his sister-in-law after she learns of her husband’s death. We spoke with GYLLENHAAL recently about the film and he talked about playing the role quietly and not going over the top. The actor tells us that he greatly admires other actors who are able to play “still” and cites PETER SARSGAARD (his sister, MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL’s, husband) as one of them. Listen in below:
