Current stars, Hollywood legendary performers, along with a dancing mouse took over the Kodak Theatre Sunday for Dizzy Feet Foundation’s Celebration of Dance.
A monumental achievement considering the organization hasn’t quite hit the year marker yet. But, So You Think You Can Dance Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe, with the help of actress Katie Holmes, Hairspray director Adam Shankman and Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba had a dream of helping kids who could not afford to study dance and now that big idea is a huge reality.
Not only did the stars show up, but the public did too and packed the Kodak to the roof. The show was completely sold out and according to Lythgoe, could have achieved three times the crowd given more space.
