Disney’s new animated film, THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG, is getting a lot of ink for (finally) delivering the first Disney Princess of African-American descent. To a whole generation, this film is a benchmark in pop culture that’s been a long time coming. ANIKA NONI ROSE voices the character of Tatiana (the titular princess) and she gave us her take on the ‘importance’ of this Disney creation. Listen in below:
