Good Morning America host, Robin Roberts has an exclusive prime-time interview with Janet Jackson airing tomorrow night on the network. In the clip, provided by ABC News, Roberts asks the pop star about Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor being investigated for the fatal overdose of her superstar brother, Michael Jackson.
Jackson was given a lethal dose of the powerful surgery anesthetic, propofol and the sedative lorazepam, which were the primary drugs responsible for Jackson’s death.
Janet Jackson makes it clear in that interview that she thinks Murray is guilty telling Roberts, “He was the one that was administering. I think he is responsible.”
Murray was hired to treat Jackson just months before his overdose on June 25th of this year. Janet Jackson has not been as vocal as others in her family about her famous brother’s untimely death, but she opened up to Roberts for the In the Spotlight interview.
In the Spotlight airs Wednesday night, 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
