After three seasons on Law & Order, Linus Roache is excited that they’re finally going to get into the personal lives of all the characters.  Producers won’t go too crazy and forget why the show is successful, but there will be a number of elements that will be emotionally trying - from cancer to romantic link-ups.

British born, Roache has spend his years on Law & Order using a dead-on American accent, which can be confusing to his fans, he says.  In fact, a couple of chance encounters have forced him to prove that he really is ADA Michael Cutter on the show.  Still, he loves the attention.

But, he did have concerns heading into the fall after NBC shifted the series from Wednesdays at 10:00 p.m. to Fridays at 8:00 p.m.  Roache admits to HollywoodOutbreak.com that the cast and crew were worried they’d lose viewers - with what they considered to be  the worst time-slot they could have been given.  But since then they’ve discovered that the audience has found them - and actually grown in the last few weeks boosting their ratings to new highs.

Law & Order airs Friday nights, 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
