WILLIAM SHATNER made his way to Hollywood Blvd. yesterday to unveil a new wax statue of  Capt. James Tiberius Kirk at the legendary Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. The STAR TREK star seemed pleased with the figure but, as always, not as pleased as he seemed with himself.
