With the untimely death of his leading man, HEATH LEDGER, director TERRY GILLIAM found the fate of their film, THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS, hanging by a thread. So, after a bit of deliberation, he did what he thought would be the right thing and asked several actors to step in to assay the role LEDGER was playing. We talked with GILLIAM a few days ago and he talked about doing what he had to do to keep the film afloat. Listen in below:
