Producers Scott Peters and Jeffrey Bell know there are a number of sequences in the original version of V that are tough to ignore.  Who could forget when the lead alien - looking sexy and steamin’ by anyone’s standard - swallowing a guinea pig whole.  And what about the alien birth?  How could those eye-popping moments not be included in any remake?

Well, according to the producers (with the rest of the cast chiming in) there will be equally shocking moments, but maybe not exactly what we all remember.

There is one big difference, though, and it’s huge.  When V first hit the airwaves back in ‘83, it was a two-day movie event.  This version is a series, which means we’ll have plenty of time to watch the aliens eat rodents and, in general, try to take over the planet.
