Comedian Mike Henry has had a remarkable run of good fortune since joining the “Family Guy” team 10 years ago.  The show survived its initial cancellation to become Fox’s biggest Sunday night show, and Henry’s character was spun off into “The Cleveland Show,” which has already earned a second-season pickup.  But like everybody else in Hollywood, Henry had to start somewhere, and he shared with us his very first experience doing stand-up comedy in front of a live crowd.
