Miley Cyrus checked in with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Friday, On Air with Ryan Seacrest.  The top?  Her juicy cameo in the upcoming sequel Sex and the City 2.  The teen superstar called the movie appearance “literally the best job I’ve ever done.” And working with the Sex and the City ladies?  It was “really cool,” Cyrus gushed to Seacrest.

But, her thoughts right now are on her 17th birthday bash, which the singer says will be Dolly Parton themed with the guests attending dressed up as their favorite Dolly moment.

Cyrus is celebrating not just her birthday, her hit song, Party in the USA, too.  It hit the number one top spot on the charts.
