On Fox’s musical come-drama “Glee,” Kevin McHale is confined to a wheelchair while playing high school musician Artie Abrams.  The experience has given him a lot more insight into the plight of the disabled, especially since he’s had a chance to get to know others who can’t leave their wheelchairs when the cameras stop rolling.  (”Glee” returns with original episodes on Wednesday, Nov. 4.)
