Dave may have just beat out Kevin for the win on Hell’s Kitchen, but he isn’t taking a whole lot of time to bask in the glory.

The newly appointed Chef of Araxi restaurant in British Columbia is making plans to move to Canada in time for the winter Olympics.

Still, when you can catch him long enough to reflect on his good fortune, Dave is  adamant that quitting (despite his broken wrist) was never a consideration.

And as for that little whisper in Dave’s ear from season three winner, Heather West…well, let’s just say they were choice words.

When Dave relocates to Canada he’ll be doing it stag.  He says that his fiancee and he called off their engagement, but remain best friends.
