What lost Kevin the gig was his final menu. It bore no resemblance to the type of food serve at Araxi. Dave on the other hand got it, he also understood his crews weaknesses and rather than give them the complicated menu Kevin did he gave them a menu they good bang out with ease.
Amanda certainly dropped the ball but Kevin greased it for her.

I agree with Geoffrey, Dave was the best man. Kevin was too cocky!

Dave deserved the win. He earned it all the way and he never tried to sabotage or throw anyone under the bus just so he could win. He gave it everything he had, every single contest! Kevin is a good chef but just under Dave. This is a true case of may the best man win.
