Jane Lynch, the scene-stealing actress from The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Role Models, plays manipulative and brash cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on the new Fox series Glee.  Although the members of the glee club and fellow faculty members would tend to disagree, Lynch thinks her character has plenty of redeeming qualities.  (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR TO HEAR JANE LYNCH)
