It’s not even October and pre-orders have taken DAVID ARCHULETA’S upcoming Christmas album to the top of the Amazon holiday charts. Set for release on 10/13, the album features 13 holiday classics, a duet with CHARICE PEMPENGCO and a ‘melodies’ track written by DAVID and his father, JEFF. Is everyone getting anxious, like I am, for this Christmas CD from David? I am literally counting the days! All the pre-orders have definitely put him at the top of the charts already. I think many, many people realize how great these Christmas songs are going to sound coming from David Archuleta. He is amazing, magical, and marvelous!

I think David’s Christmas album is going to be amazing and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. He is just an incredible artist and has an amazing voice that I never get tired of. I have his cd and listen to it all the time. I love it and I know of all the Christmas albums I have bought I have never anticipated one like I have this one…..can’t wait

It currently ranks at # 116 on Amazon, so I wouldn’t say that it’s exactly setting the world on fire, LOL. I do think it will be a terrific album and I plan to purchase it, I just wish that Charice wasn’t involved. She’s one of the few performers that rub me the wrong way … I’ll definitely skip over the Archie/Charice duet.

I am so excited! I can’t wait for David’s Christmas album! I’m just afraid they’ll sell out and I won’t get one so please have sympathy for us who live outside the US! He’s bigger internationally but we don’t know if we’ll get the album!

He blew me away when he sang Contigo… at ALMA. Gosh. With his vocal excellence, the Christmas album will be really good. I can’t wait to listen to a song with a full 72 pieces of orchestra, another song with boys’ choir, of cource, a song with Charice.

Have already ordered my copy of David’s Christmas album. Having listened to songs he did last year, I know this album will be a win-win. David has a glorious voice and he does sing from his heart. The feelings he express through his singing will only brighten my holiday season.

I can’t wait for this album! For international fans, so far there have been release confirmations or dates for the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Germany and the album has shown up on Amazon UK and Amazon France without release dates. And I just saw it on Amazon Canada with Oct 13 release date.

If you aren’t, no matter who David duets with, you will patronize the song. Second, learn how to comprehend articles, it clearly says “tops the Christmas chart”, not “Music chart”. And even if it is currently 116 on Amazon, why bring that subject up? It’s irrelevant. Third, Charice is heading to become one of the greatest singers, she has pure & natural voice like David. I bet the duet will be so good. Looks like you are just jealous of Charice. Last, grow up!

I am a David A fan when he was competing for the American Idol. I’m not really fun of buying CDs but I make an exception this time. I love David’s voice but I also love that new girl Charice. I saw her on Oprah and I’m sure that girl will go places. Looking forward to listen to their duet. That will be the first song I will listen to before I listen to the entire album.

This year I’m breaking all my own rules! haha! I never want to hear Christmas music before Thanksgiving, but this year I’ll be enjoying it well before Halloween! WOOHOOO! It will be an incredibly inspirational and heartfelt cd that everyone will want to own. There is no artist like David Archuleta, and I can’t think of any other artist I’d rather hear Christmas music from. Christmas music is meant to bring you the reason why we celebrate the season, not commercialism and “what do you want this year?” I know that this cd will bring the appropriate message to our hearts, and that it will be one that we will want to experience all year round. As a fan of David’s from the beginning, I can tell you, this cd WILL BE SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL.

I agree 100% with Mi Amor and those who agree with that person. Amused, YOU NEED TO GROW UP. I’ve noticed that those who are peeved at Charice are mainly those who are jealous. Give this girl a chance. She is barely trying to make it into the music world. She’s living her dream, why be so envious? It DOES seem like those who are always mad will ALWAYS be mad bec. D.A. is actually dueting with other girls. You will never be happy because you envy them. Listen to the song, if you don’t like it, don’t listen. It’s not the end of the world if people like the David/Charice duet. They are doing their jobs, making music. You girls who are “jealous” need to grow up. I’ve gradually become a fan of Charice and she sounds like a great girl. She is just trying to live her dream. For you little girls/women, GROW UP! David & Charice aren’t together, nor are they dating. They just made music together. JUST ACCEPT THAT. I know I speak for many when I say, we all can’t wait to hear the duet.

Why do you think David invited Charice to sing in his album. If you were to record an album, you wouldn’t ask mediocre singers to sing for your album. You would instead get the best that you can. And Charice has one of the most beautiful voices I’ve heard in a long time! Their voices would complement each other!

So Amused, you should be amused at yourself now. I have heard the full version of the Charice and David duet “HYAMLC.” It was actually more beautiful, than I even expected. One of the highlights and surprise from the album for me.
