Wynonna Judd will be mixing it up with Conan O’Brien on the Tonight Show Wednesday night. The Country Music superstar is set to perform When I Fall in Love from her solo studio album Sing: Chapter 1.
If the song title sounds familiar that’s because it was originally recorded by Doris Day and made popular by the late, great, Nat King Cole.
Without a twang of country in her performance, Judd proves she can sing just about any style.
The singer is marking her 25-year in the music business by continuing her North American tour, releasing her new CD and prepping for her upcoming A Classic Christmas tour, which begins November 3rd.
Sing: Chapter 1 is Judd’s seventh solo album and is a collection of the standards she grew up listening to that inspired her to become a performer.
Check out the YouTube vid we found to hear Wynonna Judd’s version of the classic tune, When I Fall in Love.
The Tonight Show airs week nights, 11:35 p.m. on NBC.
