Tonight’s season premiere of House (Fox, 8 pm ET/PT) finds Dr. Gregory House (four-time Emmy nominee Hugh Laurie) residing in a mental institution as he tries to detox and deal with the demons that had him hallucinating sex with Dr. Cuddy in last season’s finale.  Laurie gives us a little insight into House’s emotional state as the new season begins.
