On this day in 1953, PARAMOUNT PICTURES released ROMAN HOLIDAY. Directed by the great WILLIAM WYLER from a story and screenplay by IAN McLELLAN HUNTER (aka DALTON TRUMBO) this classic romance won three Academy Awards. The stellar cast included AUDREY HEPBURN, GREGORY PECK and EDDIE ALBERT. A truly beautiful film.
