We caught up with DANCE YOUR ASS OFF host MARISSA JARET WINOKUR over the week-end to talk about the popularity of her hit Oxygen series. We mentioned to WINOKUR that the last time we did a story on her show, we were deluged with questions about how to become a contestant but couldn’t find any answers. She told us that not only doesn’t she know how to get on the show but she doesn’t even know if DANCE YOUR ASS OFF is coming back for a second season. (Click on the media bar below for audio):

I AM 4′11 WEIGHING OVER 200LBS AND I WANT TO LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE MY 8YR OLDS AND MY 1 YRS OLD GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE, NO TIME SOONER DUE TO MY HEALTH.
IT WOULD BE A HONOR TO BE ON DANCE YOUR ASS OFF..

I love the show and I would also love to be a contestant. I am 6ft and weigh around 207 lbs. I have always been a big girl and also have tried thousands of diets and exercise regiments. Dancing is one of my favorite things to do and to learn all those dancing styles while working on losing weight would be so much fun. I pray there will be another season!!!
