It’s been a few months since the finale of ER aired, but for Julianna Margulies, who reprised her role as Nurse Carol Hathaway for that last episode, those memories remain vivid of shooting her scenes with series hottie, George Clooney.  The actress says everything was kept hush-hush while they were filming, but it didn’t take long for news to leak out.

Margulies also admits that getting back in the swing of things wasn’t as easy as you might expect.  It seems coughing up that medical jargon took some doing.
