Britney Spears‘ pappy, Jamie Spears, is ready to cut his baby girl loose from the conservatorship he oversees according to TMZ. The web site claims her Daddy-O will ask the court to review the terms this November = just as the pop-princess ends her tour.

Papa Spears has served as conservator since February 2008 – after Brit’s very public meltdown in January of ‘08 that landed her into the psych ward of Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
