The RINGLING BROS. AND BARNUM & BAILEY CIRCUS will open as scheduled at The Staples Center on Wednesday but because of that other circus the MICHAEL JACKSON MEMORIAL the traditional Parade of Elephants will be forced to make its way through the streets of Los Angeles without the help of local school kids and long before dawn.
