On this day in 1987, WARNER BROTHERS PICTURES released the (now) classic sci-fi thriller BLADE RUNNER. Directed by RIDLEY SCOTT and starring HARRISON FORD, SEAN YOUNG and DARRYL HANNAH this film pretty much re-invented the genre.
