MICHAEL MANN’s latest epic is a gangster film in the classic sense that tells the story of the FBI’s hunt for JOHN DILLINGER. Set in the 1930’s, the film is an absolutely beautiful portrait of depression-era America. Even though the film appears factual in every respect, during the press conference last week-end, MANN talked about attention to detail and how a few changes had to be made. Listen in below:
