Hello,

I am 35 years old and am looking for the opportunity to be a part of DYAO. I have been in Recovery from addiction for the past 11 months. In that time I have gained a significant amount of weight and am ready to work it off. Two of my goals are to become healthier and fit as well as attempt to reduce the stigma of addiction and show America that we can beat the odds and make it happen!

I am an almost 42yr old mother of what’s soon to be 4 children. Prior to pregnancy, I was a discussing 239lbs. Although I have been great with maintaining my weight during pregnancy, I can’t imagine snapping to the weight at which I’m suppose to be for my height, 154lbs, without help. I love dancing and I’m good at working under pressure, therefore, the show, Dance Your Ass Off, would be an “AWESOME” tool to accomplish this goal.

I also need a breast lift the doctor said i need to lose some weight before i can get the procedure done. I need the procedure because of back problems because of my brest . Hello, I work with a very beautiful full figured lady who can bring the house down. She can get the crowd moving with one swing of the hips. She is a nurse and a single mother of two who works really hard. We keep telling her she should be a dancer or a comedian. She is not only beautiful but funny! I watched when you were on the show. You were just as beautiful and graceful as any of the “skinny-mini’s” on the show. I was so proud of you. I said to myself “I’m not a star-I’m not skinny, but I CAN DANCE MY ASS OFF!
I have battled with weight from my teen years. I have tried EVERYTHING! Literally speaking, I mean I have tried even “drastic” measures. I am only 5ft tall, so every extra pound shows and makes me FAT! I get depressed talking about it–so I am just going to submit this hoping that I can be a contestant because I have seen the wonderful results of the dancers on “Dance Your Ass Off”!

My husband is considerably overweight, weighing 340 pounds and he as little or no will power. He really wants to lose weight but he seems to be unable to stick with any diet or exercise routine that I have have him on. His father died of a heart attack and diabetes about 1year ago. I really dont want to see my wonderful husband suffer through the pain that his father went through. My name is larissa, im 23 years old, im 5′3 and i weigh 280lbs. i’ve tried everything. smaller portions, exercise, diets, cutting out foods i love and replacing them with fat free, salt free, sugar free substitutes… i’ve even tried purging and starving myself. Nothing has worked. im MISERABLE.

the last few weeks i have been eating nothing but fruits, vegatables, brown rice, chicken and fish. i’ve also been going for daily walks and i love it, but in these few weeks.. i’ve gained 5lbs… i thought i was losing weight, and it was just another disapointment. But im not ready to give up on myself yet!!! i truly believe i can DANCE MY ASS OFF!!! PLEASE tell me how i can be part of it!!!
