Hitting stores today is THE NORMAN LEAR COLLECTION, an extravagant DVD boxed set consisting of  debut seasons of LEAR’S greatest TV accomplishments plus countless extras and special features. At a recent press conference to promote the DVD release, LEAR (joined by SETH MacFARLANE and PHIL ROSENBERG)  talked about TV and the early days of ALL IN THE FAMILY. Listen in below:
