While many studios have released their animated movies in 3-D over the past few years, Pixar has been one of the few holdouts — until now.  With the release of “Up,” Pixar enters the 3-D arena, matching the latest technology with Pixar’s usual stunning visuals.  Pixar head John Lasseter thinks the 3-D aspect of the movie will only enhance the emotional resonance of the film’s story.
