J.J. ABRAMS must be a very persuasive man.  Not only was he able to convince LEONARD NIMOY to appear as the “old” Spock in the new STAR TREK movie, he was able to talk NIMOY into joining the cast of his latest TV hit, FRINGE.  NIMOY makes his first FRINGE appearance on tonight’s first-season finale, and since Fox has already announced a second-season pickup, we can expect to see more of NIMOY as the mysterious William Bell next season.  NIMOY told us why he decided to return to TV after so many years.
