Word is that NBC has canceled the horrendously expensive, biblically epic weekly series KINGS effective immediately. In it’s place will be reruns of LAW & ORDER: SVU. KINGS is expected to return to Saturdays on 6/13 just long enough to burn off unaired eps.  We spoke with Exec. Producer  ERWIN STROFF at the TCA press event for the series and wondered if the biblical theme of the show might be too much for audiences. Listen in below:
