On this day in 1965, American International Pictures released BEACH BLANKET BINGO, the fourth in the series of hugely popular FRANKIE & ANNETTE movies. Directed by WILLIAM ASHER, the film featured the usual BEACH BLANKET regulars: DEBORAH WALLEY, HARVEY LEMBECK, JOHN ASHLEY, DONNA LOREN, MARTA KRISTEN and LINDA EVANS. DON RICKLES and PAUL LYNDE filled out the bill. Pretty hokey stuff even back in the day.
