When it came to finding a show biz mentor, “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus didn’t have to look very far.  After all, her father Billy Ray was one of country music’s hottest commodities back in the early ’90s.  So he’s been able to teach his daughter plenty of lessons about life in the spotlight.  But now that she’s 16, she told us she’s been able to start teaching him a few things as well.
