It’s no secret that anxieties run high for “American Idol” performers.  After all, careers are at stake, and one bad performance can kill a contestant’s dreams of stardom.  Scott MacIntyre has first-hand knowledge of this — while he may not have the best voice in the competition, his cool, likeable demeanor has helped him stay in the game longer than many would have expected.  And believe it or not, he credits “Idol” host Ryan Seacrest with helping him stay calm and collected on stage.
