Producer/writer John Wells has had an overwhelmingly successful run with “ER,” which airs its final episode on NBC this Thursday.  And after working with these characters for 15 years, as you can imagine, Wells has become rather attached to them.  So when it came time to say goodbye to his beloved series, these were his thoughts.  (CLICK ON THE MEDIA BAR BELOW THE VIDEO TO HEAR JOHN WELLS)
