On this day in 1955, WARNER BROTHERS released EAST OF EDEN. Based on the JOHN STEINBECK novel and directed by ELIA KAZAN, it starred JULIE HARRIS, JO VAN FLEET and (most notably) JAMES DEAN, in his first major film. Just a wonderful movie experience.
