On this day in 1965, Warner Brothers released FRANK SINATRA’S directorial debut with NONE BUT THE BRAVE. The story of American and Japanese soldiers forced to coexist when stranded on a tiny Pacific island during WWII. The film starred CLINT WALKER, TOMMY SANDS, BRAD DEXTER and TATSUYA MIHASHI. Despite being loaded with stereotypes (on both sides), it remains pretty watchable.
