We recently had the chance to talk with MERYL STREEP about her part in the big screen adaptation of JOHN PATRICK SHANLEY’S hit play DOUBT. Directed by SHANLEY and set in the early 60’s, STREEP plays the hard nosed Catholic nun who runs her school with an iron fist. There is much attention to detail in the film and STREEP had nothing but praise for the way SHANLEY was able to capture the essence of the period. Listen in below:
